She simply provides stress management services, life/spirit coaching and uses holistic practices to balance energies. Any advice given is a result of proven solutions that she or others have found that worked for them. Not everything works for everyone. There are NO guarantees for healing or cures to diseases or illnesses. We simply attempt to provide stress relief and relaxation, while balancing your energetic fields, so that your body can activate its natural ability to heal. This is a chance to learn and try a new perspective if the one you’re using is not working for you.

HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST?
$150 FOR 1 1/2 HOURS (COMBINATION OF COACHING AND HEALING MODALITIES). IF YOU CHOOSE TO EXTEND YOUR SESSION, ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY. <SPIRITUAL EVENT/SOULWRITING/SAGE BLESSINGS AND PRODUCTS FOR PURCHASE ARE PRICED SEPARATELY>
HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?
Complete the contact form on our website, call us at 480-252-0842 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once I receive your message, I'll call you within 3 business days and will email pre-session documents for your review and consideration. Before your session is booked, you must complete, sign and return both the client intake form and session agreement. Please be sure to disclose medical conditions and allergies for your own safety and protection. This information is necessary to ensure that I target sessions specific to your wants and needs, while making sure we’re on the same page.
Upon receipt of your signed agreement and intake forms, I will process your information and contact you within 3 business days to arrange session scheduling and payment.
HOW CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT ADDING "LIFE SKILLS" CURRICULUMS TO ELEMENTARY CLASSROOMS?
DO I HAVE THE OPTION OF COMPLETING MY SESSION VIRTUALLY?
YES, TELEPHONE OR ZOOM CONFERENCE SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE, NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE! CURRENTLY, IN PERSON APPOINTMENTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN OUR ARIZONA.BUSINESS SUITE, LOCATED IN GOLD CANYON (ZIP CODE 85118), WOOHOO! :)
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS?
YES. THE PRICE RANGE IS $500 - $2,000 PER EVENT; (Varies based on time, group size, location)
*Additional charges will be incurred for presentation copies and supplies, travel expenses and products sold.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We will collect credit card information at the time your session is booked. Full session payment ($150) is due at the time of the initial session scheduling (upon receipt of your signed Client Agreement). If you choose to pay by check or cash, full payment is expected upon arrival for your scheduled appointment. If you fail to pay upon arrival, your credit card will be charged. If you cancel your session at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment/session timeslot, you will receive a refund of $125 ($25 fee will be retained for processing). If your cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to your session/appointment timeslot, you will NOT be eligible for a refund and will forfeit your entire session fee of $150.
I understand that “life happens” and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may cause you to need to cancel your session. However, if you cancel outside of the stated 48-hour window listed above, a refund will NOT be issued. Instead, we’ll re-schedule your appointment for a later date. If you choose not to re-schedule, you will forfeit the entire session fee of $150 per our cancellation policy.
WILL YOU BE POSTING BLOGS/VLOGS?
Yes. We will be adding blog/vlog posts to our site periodically to explore various subjects. Stay tuned! :)
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Currently, we accept only Venmo (@Bonnie-Rigsby-2) and Paypal (email@example.com) online. Clients will also have the option of paying by credit or debit card for over the phone and in person appointments.

IS REIKI CONSIDERED MASSAGE?
NO! During a Reiki session, I will ask you if you prefer touch or no-touch sessions. Touch will include intentional placement of hands in specific areas of the body that need treatment. Touch will NOT include massage of any kind! Additionally, all clients must remain fully clothed during their sessions.
DO YOU GUARANTEE HEALING?
No, I cannot guarantee healing. I will however, assure you that if you are diligent about consistently using the tools that we put into place for your healing, you will find positive results. Your results are directly related to your own ability to dig deep within and listen to your higher self for guidance. I will teach you how to quiet your "background noise" so that you can hear your inner guidance system speak. Then, you will be empowered and able to heal. I am simply your guide, healing partner and vessel to help you discover your own power and abilities to heal yourself.
